Lloyd and Archana Miller

I shot Lloyd and Archana's wedding today at the courthouse in Modesto. It was the shortest wedding that I have ever been to (the ceremony was about 3 minutes), but it was really sweet. We went to a park down the street after the ceremony and did family portraits. You can see more photos in their SLIDESHOW.
I got a call on Tuesday this week about shooting this wedding today (Friday), and it ended up working out for me to make it. It was a really nice day :)

The ceremony was cool. It was simple, but no less powerful than a longer ceremony. The officiant cut straight to the chase- Lloyd, do you take Archana... I do. Archana, do you take Lloyd... I do. By the power vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride.

One of the cool things about smaller weddings, is that it's easy to get a photo with everyone in it.

I think this one is cute. It was super bright out, so he was shielding her from the sun :)

Thanks for all of the smiles!
